D Dent Kaunas 2003
Special Interest in Endodontics
I have obtained my Master of Dental Surgery degree from the Kaunas University of Medicine in Lithuania in 2003. During my undergraduate studies I had spent six months training in University of Helsinki, Finland there I first became interested in endodontics. My passion for root canal treatment grew even further during my vocational training. I had decided to dedicate my career to endodontics and in 2004 I have entered a full 3 year specialist training course in Endodontology which I successfully completed in 2007. I held various private practice positions in Lithuania and UK before I have joined Dental Academy in 2012.
My expertise include root canal shaping and filling, re-treatment of failed root canal treatments, removal of broken instruments, posts, silver cones and various hard cement-type materials. I am particularly interested in the complex challenging cases, including those with complicated root canal anatomy, separated instruments and re-treatments.
Modern endodontics are evolving at the very rapid rate so keeping your knowledge up to date is very important. You can always meet me in various international endodontic congresses all around the globe.
I always strive to provide my patients with a first class painless and stress free clinical care together with excellent results.
